Green beans have become one of the most reliable foods in this new phase of eating. There is always a container of lightly steamed green beans in my fridge and they compliment salmon or a salad perfectly as they are delish warm or cold.

Underneath that layer of tomatoes are huge chunks of avocado sprinkled with sea salt. I have discovered the higher the fat in a food, the longer my appetite stays satiated.

My new ice cream is berries with whipped cream. Sometimes I add agave and a little bit of cinnamon and if the berries are frozen I warm the berries to create just a small reservoir of juice. Yum!

I am loving the paleo salad adventures that are now part of my lunches & dinners. Although my husband refers to it as “bait”, shrimp is a very smart option to include in my salads, can be eaten cold and is easy on the calories.
